Online Banking
How else would you bank?
You obviously do things online. Get information. Keep in touch. Chat. Maybe even shop. Why not bank online and do all this:
- See how much money is in your account.
- Compare what you’ve spent with what’s actually been paid out of your account. (It’s called balancing your checkbook. It’s not exactly fun, but the alternative isn’t very pretty.)
- Transfer money between your Compass accounts. (Provided you have more than one account.)
- Get your monthly statements online. That way it's not sitting around for someone else to see.
- Pay bills online.
And if your parents bank at Compass – good news! They can set it up to zap money into your account anytime. It does mean, however, that they’ll be able to review your account anytime, too. We’ll let you weigh the pros and cons.
The best part is, it’s free, too.
And if by chance you’re a finance or accounting major, you can also use it to download your account data into personal money management software like Microsoft Money and Quicken.
