About CompassPC Bill Pay and E-Bills
Why does it take four days to process some payments?
Some companies and many people cannot receive electronic payments. In these cases, CompassPC prints a check and mails it to the address you provided when you added your bill. Four days allows us time to send the payment.
Some billers may not always credit your account on the same day that they receive the payment. Sending payments in advance of the bill's due date allows enough time for the biller to receive the payment and credit it to your account.
