About CompassPC Bill Pay and E-Bills
Can I stop receiving electronic bills and have my bills mailed to me again?
Yes. You can stop receiving bills electronically by requesting a biller to stop sending them to CompassPC. You simply select the option, "Stop an electronic version of my bill", for that biller in the CompassPC Pay Bills section. We then notify the biller to stop sending your bills electronically. The biller will begin to send your bills through the mail again.
