About CompassPC Bill Pay and E-Bills

How do I know if a company or person received a payment sent through CompassPC Bill Pay?

In the CompassPC Bill Pay Payment Center, you will see the payment move from the Pending Payments section to the Recent Payments section when the payment has been sent. You can also check the status of the payment on the Bill Detail page. If the status is Paid, the payment has been sent to the company or person.

You can then check your account statement online to see when the funds were withdrawn from your account.
