I signed up for Bill Pay, but I can't set up a payee. What is the reason?
Unless you enrolled online, the Bill Pay function will not work until your bill pay signature form is on file. Send a message to CompassPC Customer Service, or call them at 1-800-273-1057 to determine the status of your signature form.
