About CompassPC Bill Pay and E-Bills

What do I have to do before I can use the bill pay service?

If you access CompassPC via the web, you simply need to sign on to CompassPC, click the Manage Accounts tab, then the "New Bill Pay Service - Enroll Now" link and follow the instructions.

If you access CompassPC through Quicken or Money, you'll need to follow these steps:

  1. Call CompassPC customer service at 1-800-273-1057 to apply, or apply online.
  2. You will need to send in your signature authorizing bill pay before the service can be activated.
  3. You will need to set up a payee list before using the bill payment service.
