How do ATM rebates work?
With Compass Build-to-Order Free Checking – and most of our other checking accounts – you have the option to receive rebates of ATM fees charged by another bank.*
In order to receive a rebate, ATM receipts showing the ATM fees or account statements showing the International Service Fees must be mailed to Compass within 90 days of the ATM transaction. Rebates will be directly deposited into your checking account within 10 business days of receipt.
Mail your receipts showing the ATM fees or account statements showing the International Service Fees, along with your name, address and your checking account number to:

*ATM Rebate Option good on Compass Build-to-Order Free Checking and other selected products ONLY. Please call 1-800-COMPASS to find out if your account includes the option for ATM rebates.
Fees for point-of-sale transactions, even if made at an ATM, are not rebated. In order to receive a rebate of ATM fees, the fees must be itemized on the ATM transaction record.
