Sign up for Online Statements
Start enjoying the convenience of online statements today.
To sign up for online statements and turn off your paper statements,
just follow these simple steps:
- Sign
on to CompassPC.
- Click Customer Service on the Account Summary
screen.
- Click View Online Statements.
We need an e-mail
address from you so we can notify you when a new statement is available.
If we already have an e-mail address on file for you, it will be displayed.
If the e-mail address is wrong, or if we did not have an e-mail address
on record for you, please type in your correct e-mail and click Submit.
- Your CompassPC accounts eligible for online statements will be
displayed. Click the ON button next to the accounts you want to receive
online statements for. Click NEXT, and then verify your selection by
clicking YES. This turns on online statements. To turn off your paper
statements, click the TURN ON/OFF PAPER STATEMENTS link and follow
the on-screen instructions.
