Q. Will my accounts and services remain the same?

A: We converted your Texas State Bank accounts to the Compass accounts closest to the ones you use today. In most cases, you'll enjoy all the same features and services with some enhanced benefits.

Q. Can I keep my Texas State Bank account number and checks?

A: If you have an account for which a number changed, you were sent your new account number separately. All customers can continue to use their existing checks until there is a need to reorder, even if your account number changed.

Q. Can I bank at Compass branches now?

A: Absolutely. Be sure to check out our branch locator to find the branch nearest you.

Q. After my accounts transfer to Compass will they continue to be FDIC-insured?

A: Your deposit accounts at Compass will continue to be FDIC-insured to the maximum amount allowed by law. For more information about larger deposits and FDIC insurance, visit your local branch or call the FDIC customer information line at 1-877-275-3342.

Q. I have a Texas State Bank loan and/or line of credit account. What do I need to do?

A: Continue to make your payments just as you do today. You will be notified in advance of changes to your account number or payment process.

Q. What if I have additional questions?

A: Simply call 1-866-885-2124 (US and Canada) or 001-866-380-9873 (Mexico), or visit your banking center. After August 23, call 1-800-COMPASS (1-800-266-7277) in the US & Canada or 001-866-342-2512 in Mexico.
