Financial Software Conversion Guides
for Compass BusinessClass Online®
If you have been downloading transactions from the Texas State Bank web site into Microsoft® Money, Quicken® or QuickBooks® software, you will need to make a few changes to your software in order to continue online banking through Compass BusinessClass Online. You will need to make some of these changes while you still have access to Texas State Bank's web site. If you use more than one version of software, you will need to perform these steps for each product and version.
Please note, some of these changes must be made before 5 p.m. CT on August 21st. Access to the Texas State Bank web site will be unavailable after that time.
You will need the following information to complete this 15 to 20 minute conversion process:
- Conversion Guide. This guide lists the steps needed to update your software. You can locate the conversion guide you need by choosing the correct version of your software from the links below. You'll find step-by-step instructions for backing up data files, updating account number information and more.
- New Compass account information. You will need to use your new Compass account information, including your new account numbers and account types, bank routing number, and Compass BusinessClass Online login information. You should have received this information around the week of July 25th.
- New Password. You will need to use your Compass BusinessClass Online password. This should be the password you used to access Texas State Bank online or the new password you established at your first log in to Compass BusinessClass Online.
