For State National Bank Clients
Financial Software Conversion Guides
If you have been downloading transactions from the State National Bank web site into Microsoft® Money, Quicken® or QuickBooks® software, you will need to make a few changes to your software in order to continue online banking through CompassPC. If you use more than one version of software, you will need to perform these steps for each product and version.
Please note, some of these changes must be made before 5 p.m. CT (4 p.m. MT) on March 13th. Access to the State National Bank web site will be unavailable after that time.
You will need the following information to complete this 15 to 20 minute conversion process:
- Conversion Guide. This guide lists the steps needed to update your software. You can locate the conversion guide you need by choosing the correct version of your software from the links below. You’ll find step-by-step instructions for backing up data files, updating account number information and more.
- New Compass account information. You will need your new Compass account information, including your new account numbers and account types, bank routing number, and User ID or Nickname. You should have received this information the week of February 25th.
- New Password. You will need to use your new CompassPC password. If this is your first connection to CompassPC, please use the one-time password mailed to you on February 29th. If you've already connected to CompassPC via the Web, then use the new password you selected at that time.
