Switching to CompassPC® Online Banking
CompassPC Online Banking is a great way to save time and control your banking. To find out more about the features and functionality of this service, view our CompassPC Online Banking demonstration.
You may also want to consider a new online service called MyCompass. It's free and it works with CompassPC Online Banking to consolidate all of your online accounts – even those not at Compass – into one online screen. Learn more about MyCompass.
With the transition of State National Bank online services to CompassPC, there are a few things we'd like for you to remember:
Our online servers will be offline from
March 13th at 5 p.m. – March 15th at 9 a.m. CT
We'll be upgrading our system to include State National Bank online clients from 5 p.m. CT (4 p.m. MT) on Thursday, March 13th until 9:00 a.m. CT (8 a.m. MT) on Saturday, March 15th. Your local branch can provide you with account balances if you need them on Friday, March 14th.
Other Important Information
- As a reminder, past State National Bank eStatements are not available in CompassPC. However, you can always request a copy of these statements by calling 1-800-COMPASS.
- Please review the Agreement and Consent for Electronic Information. You'll need to read and agree to this disclosure the first time you sign on to CompassPC.
- For customers accessing CompassPC via www.compassbank.com or by using Microsoft® Money or Quicken®, please review the Agreement and Disclosure Statement for CompassPC® with Microsoft® Money, Quicken® or via the Compass Web Site.
- If you download transactions into QuickBooks, please review the terms and conditions for CompassPC for Business Banking with QuickBooks Software.
- Please review the Compass Consumer Privacy Disclosure if you have a consumer checking account in your online banking profile or use CompassPC to pay personal bills.
- If you've been exporting your transactions from State National Bank Online Banking into Microsoft Money, Quicken or QuickBooks, see our special instructions for financial software users.
- Check our web
browser requirements to ensure your browser is compatible
with CompassPC. (Most current browsers are compatible.)
Also, your browser's security settings must be set to accept cookies from the CompassPC online banking site (online.compassweb.com).
