How it works
Whether you use your own Secure FTP Client software and digital certificates or have Compass supply them, our technical representatives will work with you to set up your communication parameters.
When your file is ready for transmission, you simply:
- Connect to Compass Bank servers
- Upload the file
You will receive a confirmation that the file has been received
To retrieve a file, simply:
- Connect to the server
- Perform a download
The file will be saved to the drive you specify.
