How does it work?
  1. Lockbox Services scans your checks and related documents and places the corresponding images on CD ROM.
    CDs can be created on a variety of frequencies to meet your specific business needs. CD ROMs can be shipped to you within 5 business days of cycle cutoff.
  2. You insert the CD into your CD ROM drive.
  3. Once the application starts, you will have an easy-to-use search screen from which to initiate search requests. These search requests can be made by:
    • Date range
    • Check amount
    • Remitter name
    • Or other user-defined fields
  4. Use the Compass Bank Lockbox system to search for images of checks and related remittance documents.
  5. Use the rich functionality of the image viewer to zoom, rotate and highlight images or selected areas within an image.
