CompassView® Statement Items CD ROM
How it works
- Compass scans all paper-based paid items and downloads them to a CD ROM.
- The CD ROM is delivered to you within 5 business days of your statement cutoff. (This is a separate mailing from your regular bank statement.)
- The information files pertaining to these checks, called indexes, are imported from the CD and stored in the CompassView database on your local hard drive or a shared network. This allows you to search the database for any item without having to load multiple CDs.
- Once the desired images have been located, CompassView displays the item on your PC.
If you have items in storage that you would like imaged, or if you would like a year's worth of paid items consolidated on one CD ROM, Historical Item Imaging may be a good option for you.
