- If you decide to initiate wires online via Compass e-Access®, each authorized wire user is provided with an RSA SecurID® token.
- You obtain wire transfer instructions from your vendor, customer, or receiving financial institution.
- Your authorized wire users forward wire transfer requests to Compass via fax, telephone or online via Compass e-Access.
- PINs are used to verify the identity of the authorized wire users initiating wire transfer requests via fax or telephone.
- RSA Secure ID tokens must be used to initiate online wire transfer requests via Compass e-Access.
- Automatic confirmations are available via email, fax, or online via Compass e-Access.
Incoming
- You provide your account information and wiring instructions to the individual who is sending you the funds.
