Cash Vault

How it works –
Cash Vault Services
  1. You establish a depository account
  2. You complete a Vault Processing Instruction form with Compass Bank
  3. As part of the set up process, you provide us with:
    • deposit handling procedures
    • peak days
    • volume information
  4. You arrange for armored carrier services to deliver your deposits to the vault location, and/or to pick up currency and change orders.
  5. Your armored carrier arrives at the Compass vault location, a secure setting with:
    • surveillance equipment
    • automatic locking doors
    • dual control procedures
  6. Both your armored carrier and a vault representative verify shipments and initial the transport documents.
  7. Any bags received from your company are processed and deposited to the Compass checking account you designate.
  8. For cash orders, the courier delivers the shipment directly to your location as per your instructions.
